Almond Roca; further notice

Important to know: If you’re making Almond Roca following the recipe I posted yesterday, do not decide to make a cup of tea on the next burner! Nor anything else for that matter that requires boiling water… The humidity will ruin your candy, and make it soggy instead of crunchy. Trust me on this one.
